Structure

  • RCC stub column with RCC bracings at ground level.
  • Super structure fly ash brick in cement mortar.

Sanitary Fittings/CP Fittings

  • Jaguar brand will be used.
  • Water supply arrangements : Common centralized water supply systems.

Compound Wall

  • Common compound wall as per design and steel gates.
  • No individual compound wall between villas.

Flooring

  • Somany/Vitro Crystal tiles or equivalent brand.
  • Somany anti-skid ceramic tiles for flooring and glazed ceramic tiles up to 7' height.

Painting

  • Smooth finish for inner walls with two coats of putty, one coat of primer and two coats of emulsion.
  • External walls will be finished with exterior wall paint from Asian Apex paints/equivalent brand.

Joinery

  • Main Door will be 70% wooden strips / solid wood.
  • Plywood door imported with 210 mm frame and all other doors will be moulded skin doors imported with frame (to avoid bending due to seasonal changes).

Kitchen

  • A sleek modular kitchen with a polished Granite Pantry Tabletop, 2-Feet Dado, Pantry Sink Tap, and Ceramic Tiles.
  • A provision for washing machine and Electrical provision for the chimney will also be provided.

Electrical

  • Concealed conduits for TV and telephone.
  • AC provision and TV points in living and all bedrooms. Modular switches from Legrand / equivalent.
